  • [RESOLVED] Topaz gem adding mana

Was reported that a topaz gem added mana to an item tonight by Kel.

Seems to be working great, maybe it was just an attention to detail mistake.

    get topaz 2.bag
You get a marquise topaz from a bag

    combine topaz bracer
You carefully insert a marquise topaz into one of the sockets on an iron bracer.
You have added 4 damroll to an iron bracer.
an iron bracer has no more sockets available.

    exa bracer

As you look more closely, you notice that it is in superb condition.
You see nothing special about an iron bracer.

Just checked the code and tested, looks like his object already had mana on it.

You see nothing special about a katana.
There is 1 socket available to COMBINE with gems.

The code only executes once per gem, it isn't possible to execute twice regardless of gem size. It looks at what kind of gem it is.

Looks like the gem was really malachite but the name
popped wrong. I’ll take a look.

Ok here’s another thought. Was this a naturally popped topaz or was this made up of smaller ones?

I think it might be 1 made from small and large, and 1 poped marquise.

I went thought a few topaz tho, so im not 100% on this feedback being accurate.

It works 50% of the time, 100% of the time! lol

Okay that was it, when I first added the new gems I forgot to account for them in the naming conventions. It didn't know what to call them so it defaulted to Topaz. These gems must have been combined prior to that.
